It is likely a conflict with another plugin.
Have you recently installed a new plugin or updated a plugin?
A standard troubleshooting technique is to de-actvate (Do Not Delete) all your plugins except testimonial Basics. Then test testimonial basics. If it works re-activate each plugin one at a time checking testimonial each time until you find the plugin that is causing the problem.
Once you find the plugin let me know and I will take a look at it.

I took a look at your source code, and it looks like you are loading an old version of jQuery. I don’t think this version is compatible with Testimonial Basics.

You should only load the jQuery file that comes with WordPress
Also I have been trying to find the “Gypsy” theme you are using, is it an old WordPress.org theme?
