Hi @jeffsculptoriumcom ,
Thank you for using FileBird and sorry for that issue, so please do the database update again, it might help, if it does not help, then please let us know.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
-Bruce-
Hello @jeffsculptoriumcom ,
In addition, please try turn off FileBird to see if you can see all those images in both list and grid view in WordPress default state.
Let us know the update please.
Best regards,
Kelly
I did the DB update. No Change. I see the same thing with the WP Media default, so it doesn’t look like a FB issue. What do you think I should do? I tried creating a new folder in FB and then moving all the files, but that didn’t help. Should I somehow rebuild the media DB on default WP? Thanks! It is really only nine files. I could just delete them and try to re-upload them. What do you think?
Forgot to say I LOVE Filebird. Good job!!!
Hi @jeffsculptoriumcom,
Yes, you should rebuild your WP media library, FileBird helps display the exact files as same as the default state.
Thanks for loving FileBird and I hope you could give FileBird a nice review.
Best regards,
Kelly
Sorry to bother you. But can you suggest the best way for me to rebuild my WP Media database? I have been searching but it is still very confusing. How would you rebuild a WP Media Database? Thank you!
Hi @jeffsculptoriumcom ,
You just need to delete files that you don’t use and that’s it.
And can you send me the screenshot of your images in list view and your images in grid view please?
Best regards,
Kelly
Here are the screen shots you requested. You can see nine files listed in the list view and only 7 in the grid view. I spoke with my ISP and they thought maybe it had to do with duplicate names, and I did find some duplicates, but there are still some missing.
Thanks!

Hi @jeffsculptoriumcom ,
Don’t worry much, that’s how WordPress works, it does not display CROPPED images in grid view https://prnt.sc/u36wg3
