More files

I have run some test backups and found very little was backedup but I realised uploads wasnt ticked. So Ive ticked that but from what I understand that only uploads the wp content folder. Is that enough ? I am just wondering if I need the whole publi_html file and whether I your ‘more files’ addon takes care of that. My host feels I only need WP content as that the only thing that typically changes and they can easily restore the rest. Does that sound right to you ? Thanks, Andrew
