More Fields – mf_page_type: Post viewable

I am using More Fields plugin to add fields to a page where several people will need to complete the same information per post. It is almost set up perfectly, but on the post page, the following line of text can be seen at the top of the list of “More Fields” fields. I can’t find where to delete it or comment it out. Any thoughts?
