Does Wordfence create monthly reports for how many login attempts, blocks, who logged in etc?

It does; if the “Enable email summary” option is “on”.
Check the “Activity Report” section on the “All options” page; you can also select the frequency (once a day, once a week or once a month)

Hi @markfrankel!
You can see that information on the Wordfence Dashboard at all times. As yndmgo mentioned you can also get daily, weekly or monthly activity reports.
