Monthly archives by author?

    I’m wondering if there is a plugin that will allow me to list archives (by month) only by one certain author? I want to do this in order to separate the older posts on my blog, which were all posted on Blogger, from the newer ones, as my old site was largely just a journal and not really relevant to what I’m currently writing about. I still want it to be accessible on my site though.

    The reason this may be possible is that I notice that I have two authors listed on my blog: Sarah, which is the author of all the imported posts, and admin, which is the author of all the ones I’ve written on WordPress. Can I use this to archive these two sets of posts separately?

    If you link to a URL like this http://example.com/?cat=2&author=6 what should be displayed is a category page which displays posts in category 2 written by author number 6.

    Yes…is there any way that I can actually list it like a regular archive list on the main page though? Like:

    December 2005
    January 2006
    February 2006

    Just because there’s a year’s worth of old posts and it seems like a lot to just link to in one bunch.
