Montezuma Menus

I know there are a few threads on this topic, however none seem to directly answer the two questions I have:

1) In the Appearance > Menus screen, I have 2 menus set up. However, when I go to my site (www.richatschool.com), it only shows one menu. My question is how do I get the second menu to appear? What must I do, step by step?

2) I have a customized menu widget, but there is no way for a person to click on it. It’s as if there’s no link to the menu. Any help?
