Monoslideshow settings with WordPress

    I have NextGen galleries set up on my website… I have recently bought
    Monoslideshow plugin (installed / activated) and also the .swf file that needs
    to accompany the plugin BUT I do not know how to upload the swf file – it says
    to upload it to your Blog “Upload the flash file to your blog. Default is
    wp-content/uploads/monoslideshow.swf”  – I really can’t see how to do this but
    I’m sure it is very simple. I just need some direction. Thanks in advance.
