Modifying the shipping details text

Hi,

We need to add a few lines to the shipping details text (the text you see after checkout).

Anyone have some ideas about how we can do this?

I have tried to look at the hooks list (http://docs.woothemes.com/document/hooks/), but I haven’t been able to find any appropriate hooks/filters 🙁
