Modifying the Minifolio Theme

I downloaded this theme for free and i’ve got two problems that i can’t seem to figure out. The main problem is increasing the amount of images i can have on one page. At the moment, even though i have uploaded more of my work, it is only showing the maximum of ten images – please, how do i increase this?

Secondly, you will notice that i have two ‘ALL’ categories. The one to the right, i made myself. The one the left came with the theme and does not work. How do i get rid of this please?

If anyone can assist, it would be massively appreciated.
