Modifying Details in Mistylook

Can anyone tell me how to make these changes in Mistylook 3.2?
– Deactivate comments. Done only through the controle pannel? (Well actually, delete everything related to leaving comments)
– Deactivate dating pages, to make them appear timeless.
– Show only parent pages on the sidebar.
