Modifying Columns in List View

I want to pretty up the list display a little, and use icons to represent various categories that are displayed. I realize this is outside the scope of the admin, but I was wondering if there is a way to use a filter to hook into this part of the plugin? Or, could you direct me to the code where the list is displayed. I was looking at the function get_field_list in participants-database.php, but I’m not sure if that’s really where I should be targeting.

Best to avoid messing with the plugin code if you can. The plugin is set up to use templates for all the frontend displays, which you can customize. What you are talking about doing is easily possible.
