Modifying Advanced Most Recent Posts plugin

I am using the Advanced Most Recent Posts plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/advanced-most-recent-posts/) on my site.

Currently the default for the plugin is to allow a certain number of characters for the excerpt. However, I’d like to edit the plugin so that it shows the entire excerpt regardless of characters.

I am not sure how to change this. Would anyone be able to help?
