modify theme to use iFrame for video

    I am interested in purchasing a theme (Properta by Envato themes). My client wants to use a video hosting service (SproutVideo) to display videos with the use of this theme. SproutVideos can only be embedded into a post if the theme supports iFrame. Apparently, the theme does not support this, but I can override theme template in order to use iFrame.

    Can anyone direct me to a tutorial which might help me with such a modification?
