modify header in team?

    Hi. I am new to wordpress. how do you remove or change the header in the theme?

    heatsinkvault.com
    admin-ex

    I want to do two things. Change the heatsinkvault text to an image.
    2. Remove or change the “admin-ex” under the header.

    The site I am using wordpress with is
