    I”m not sure what Wordfence is testing, but last week, we did a silent update to the version on SVN. It’s still 1.0.14.1, but we just added new stuff to the readme as well as the FAQ within the wp-admin, which are the differences you are seeing.

    I believe what Wordfence is doing is comparing your version to the version on WordPress/SVN (the ‘original’ which contains the extra questions).

    You have nothing to worry about. You do not need to re-install the plugin unless you want to see the extra question in the FAQ 🙂
