    Hi,
    i’m meeting 2 problems please :
1- whatever I do (purge WP cache & navigator cache, deactivate / suppress the app …) the mode maintenance is still visible. I contacted my host, who confirmed i have no servor cache either. What more can I do to be able to switch it on and off, please ?

2- I found this bug while working on the site, because i wanted to grant access to editors so that they can see how it looked like. After testing all the types of users, it seemed there was absolutely no one but me who could see the site, even when creating another Admin. Is it the normal way of the extension ? I was a bit surprised.

Thank you very much for your help,

    Hi,

Sorry to hear about the issues 🙁

It does sound like a cache issue but since you already checked that I don’t have any ideas. Any logged in user should be able to see the normal website in the free version.

All I can suggest is to disable the plugin.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I think the problem was coming from another extension, WP AIOS Security. I had trouble with it last week already so I suppressed it (just deactivate it did nothing), and the maintenance mode was fine again ! I just really wonder what exactly in the extension could have caused this 🤔

Thanks for letting me know, I’ll give it a try with WP AIOS and see if I can reproduce the issue 🙂

Yes thank you, and please tell me if you find anything. I’d love to understand this.
