    Hi, as I can’t login to your support site (I have PRO version) I’m posting here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Edit: Yes, You can’t log into that site but you can contact the author directly.

    the contact page doesn’t work either ! the message is apparently not sent (a “-1” appears and the form is still here)………………… !

    The side bar on that contact page also has a posted email address. You should be able to use that.
