Hi, I am trying out your Modal Box widget. Everything is really great except I would like to ask you if its possible to have a transparent background in the text editor, as in the Elementor text editor. Thank you.

    Hi @planetboris

Glad to hear that you managed to get the close button to work.

Regarding the modal length, I believe you are referring to “Max Height” option because there is no current option named “Modal Length” in widget settings. Please let me clarify that the scrollbar appears when your content height is larger than the value set in “Max Height” option.

If we increased that value to 1400px, then you set it to 1200px, then a scrollbar will show if your content height is larger than 1200px. The point is if your content height is 1100px. In that case, no scrollbar will appear, but some content will be hidden because it will be larger than browser window height.

Regarding the modal header, here’s a screenshot showing the default padding value added. In order to help you with this, we will need a page link to check.

    Cheers!

Hi, sorry for the late reply, building a website takes so much time! Which is why your plug-ins are so valuable and appreciated. Yes, I was originally referring to “Max Height” in the Modal Box widget when I was writing about increasing modal box “length”, sorry for the confusion. The right term is “Max Height”. Can you increase the Max Height? 1000 px is not enough because I use long from content and having the scroll bar doesn’t work with the design. 1500 would be better if possible. Please let me know.
    Thank you

    Hi @planetboris

Thanks so much for your kind words. We greatly appreciate that 🙂

We don’t have any problems increasing Max Height option range, but I’m just trying to understand because Max Height option value is the height at which a scrollbar appears.

For example, if you set it to 1500px and your content height is 1400px, then your screen height must be larger than 1400px so you can see the content, that’s why I’m asking about your screen height.

Ok, I understand. Actually in my case I’m using templates and the size of the screen doesn’t matter because the template size, (height) is affecting the scroll bar activation, from what I have observed, comparing other templates. To see all the content I have to scroll down, I scroll down on the page, I don’t scroll within the template itself, as you can see when the trigger is activated the modal template that appears gives the illusion that is is part of he page. This is because I have activated vertical scroll in the motion effects settings in the advanced tab of Elementor editor fir the template. So the modal box scrolls with the page. I hope this explains it. please see attached links for images. Thank you.

Hello, I discovered that the trigger for the modal box is not working in Tablet/Mobile view. I am using it in a template for Tabs widget content. Just viewing the template by itself the modal trigger works, activating the popup. But once it is used within the tabs widget it doesn’t function, in Tablet/Mobile view. But it does work in Desktop mode.
Hope you can help, thank you.

    Hi @planetboris

May I ask which tabs widget you are referring to? Premium Tabs or Elementor Tabs widget?
