mod_security error when modifying record

    Today when I try to edit a record and click submit I receive this error —
    Not Acceptable!
    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.
    I contacted my hosting platform and everything checked out as far as they could see. It was then that I realized it is only when editing a record in pdb that I get the error. I receive the error on both of my websites on which I use pdb.

    Something like this usually requires knowing which mod_security rule was hit and working out an exception for the operation. Something in the post payload most likely.

    This is the first time I’ve heard of this happening so it’s likely this is due to the specific configuration of mod_security on your server.
