Mobile version: pop-up freezes

    Hi there,

    I installed the plug-in and for desktop-version it looks good!
    But on my mobile, when I clock on my cart and want to check-out, there is appearing a pop-up to add the ‘gift wrapping’ to my order. The pop-up contains the whole screen.

    I cannot ADD the gift wrapping, but I can also not press the Cancel button. So I’m stuck in that pop-up and cannot access my cart and cannot complete my order.

    So situation again: Added something to my cart, want to see my shopping bag, click on my cart, want to order and a pop-up appears.

    Sorry for the delay; working a couple jobs now etc. etc. due to Covid-19 stuff. Thanks for describing the problem. I think I understand, but you didn’t provide any detail about your setup or tell us which theme you’re using. I can’t help very much with so little information because I cannot reproduce the problem.

    I cannot confirm a problem on mobile trying several different, simple themes available to me, including Storefront. Have you tried to reproduce the problem using a theme like twentytwenty or Storefront?

    It’s discussed a bit in the FAQ how this plugin cannot possibly play nice with a countless number of themes of varying quality. There will be situations where fixes will need to be made. If it’s your theme interfering with the plugin, you will need to work with the theme developer or your personal developer to work out a fix.

    It’s been a while since we heard from you. Did you check another theme to see if it’s a theme conflict you’re experiencing with the pop-up? We never heard about your setup so weren’t able to help more. If you still need help, please get back in touch. Otherwise, we will be closing this topic soon since it isn’t active.
