• Can anybody help me out with a problem regarding the way a site menu displays on mobile devices.

This is a site I took over recently after the guy that built it moved on. The site works OK on desktops, but when viewed on mobile devices, or reportedly on some Apple PC’s, a very lengthy text menu appears above the main header.

All attempts to hide this have so far failed.

The template in use is Sport.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The site appears to be using a commercial theme. Since it is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best. It appears that this theme is supported at https://themecanon.ticksy.com/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

You have disabled right click on your site. So I could not see the name of your theme.

Please identify exactly which theme you are using and then post in that theme’s dedicated forum via its page in the Theme Repository.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
