Mobile Theme Not Showing Correctly

I have ShopIsle mobile theme on two sites, my root domain (blog) and a subdirectory (WooCommerce shop)….the root domain shows the new theme perfectly but the shop site is showing the old theme for some reason. Should I delete the old theme files? I just don’t want to cause any problems because the site (both sites) are live.
I can not find any answers or help on how to fix this….has anyone else had this issue?
Is there a fix for it??
