Recently started using the Gateway theme and it is incredible on the desktop!

However, I enabled the mobile theme, and when trying it out on an iPhone, it seems to display a completely different theme! It appears to be the default WordPress theme, and not Gateway. Certainly doesn’t look like the preview shown on the customiser. Any ideas how to fix this?
    Thanks!!

I’m not sure I know what you mean when you say that you “enabled the mobile theme”. Gateway is responsive for mobile by default. You don’t need to enable anything or use a plugin.

    Hi Ashan_K!

Can you clarify a little more on what you mean by:

However, I enabled the mobile theme

Are you using a plugin? Or perhaps have WordPress.com confused with WordPress.org?

There is a difference between the two:

    Hi.
    Very sorry. I meant WordPress.com
There was a toggle in the settings to enable or disable the mobile theme. I enabled it and the issue was present.

However, I realised that switching that on enabled the default WordPress.com theme, and the issue is now resolved.

Thank you very much for your prompt replies, nonetheless!

Glad you were able to sort it out. If you have any other questions about your .com theme, feedback and support will need to be posted over there:
