Mobile site

Hi, im the web master in the photography studio where i’m working, our web site is this one: http://www.mementophotostudios.com

We’re trying to make this web site mobile too, and i’ve proving some plugins, but i can’t do what i need, and what i need?

1. need the blog light and simple i know that wptouch can do this for me and is nice.
2. need to display the galleries in a low resolution for mobile devices, wptouch displays a white box and the title and i don’t like it, because the web page is only galleries and the blog.
3. the contact form to be displayed as well in mobile devices, because i can see the buttons and the text, but the form is not displayed.

I’ve try other plugins like WPMS Mobile Edition, WP Mobile Edition, WP Mobile Detector, WordPress Mobile Pack, Wiziapp, wptouch… and others, but i cvan’t find a plugin that does all that i want.

For example wptouch makes the blog like i want, but not the galleries, i would like to use themes like in WordPress mobile pack, but is not the one that i like, the one that i like most is Wizapp, but mi boss doesn’t like it so it doesnt work for me.
