Mobile responsive menu just has X

    Hi

    If you look at my test site at taboma.diskstation.me/wordpress, you can see that everything looks fine – however, if you look on a mobile device, the menu has the required symbol but when pressed it changes to an X and you see nothing.

    Is this something residual? I am using Preface extended theme. It’s a major problem as people check out books through mobile devices a lot these days. Any thoughts appreciated.

    Hi Chris,

    Please try editing your themes header.php file and remove the <nav> tags that wrap the menu.

    That did the trick! I thought I’d got it all… <nav> and </nav> were left. Thanks 🙂
