Mobile popup not working

Good morning,
I set the responsive mode to 80% and on the computer you can see it correctly, but when I look at it on my cell phone, it is drastically reduced (as if it was at 1, maximum 2%!). I tried to set the automatic mode, to set the size to 100%, I also tried to set some custom sizes…they all work on the computer but none on the cell phone! How can I do it?
