Mobile menu plugin not working on mobile

Hi there the plugin is great, i’m using it on a built site. However on my new site this plugin is not working somehow.

I’m using the same template and plugins as the other built site. I have tried deactivating to see which plugin causes it, but that didn’t help.

I can’t figure it out. Please help.

I just found out the mobile menu is somehow loading all the way at the bottom of my screen. How can i move it to the top?

Hi @jeffandhaya,

Without seeing your site URL I would suggest that hit the Save changes button inside the Mobile Menu options. Also purge any cache plugin you may have.

If that doesn’t work will need your site URL to have a look.

Sure, but first try what I suggested, also check your HTTPS settings because since you changed the site the problem could be there.

Like I suggested it’s and HTTPS settings problem. Check the article I provided and if necessary install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

I have tried the purge with cache plugin, but not working unfortunately. This site is build newly. The other site was build seperately.
