Mobile menu location

    I’ve been using Twenty Fifteen and “upgraded” to Twenty Sixteen… the mobile menu disappeared… there was a menu icon at the top for 2015… where did it go in the 2016 Theme? That’s pretty critical, am I just not seeing it?
