Hello @chrislopercoaching,
Does this issue happen in another browser on iPhone, or only on Safari?
Also, have you tried clearing your browser cache? Here is an Apple documentation that might be helpful: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201265
Please let us know if this worked.
Just in Safari. Browser cache is not the issue.
Still broken, don’t know why. It works fine on my other two sites, which were both built with Neve and Elementor, just like this site. Please help.
Hi @chrislopercoaching,
I can not replicate this issue on my end.
I strongly recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
– Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all up to date.
– Check if the you are using a caching plugin, and if so, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
– Check for plugin conflict: back up your site for security purposes and try to deactivate all of your plugins one by one, to see if any of them is causing the issue appear
Please let us know if any of these worked.
