Mobile IPad display issues

    I’m having issue on mobile and iPad display…here’s what’s happening when I look at it in portrait mode my left navbar shows and below that the catalog shows like a line….almost looks like as if it’s a rt Navbar…basically not responsive at all on mobile or iPad for me in PORTRAIT MODE….however when I move to landscape it works on iPad ….similar on laptop works well there as well….please help ..I rely love this plugin

    We are sorry for a technical issue. In fact, our Catalog product plugin is responsive both on the mobile phones and tablets, so we would like to see the link of the page, where our plugin is added in order to find out the problem. Can you say please on which browsers and the mobile device did you test the Catalog Product plugin and face the problem?

    Its happening in Portrait view on Ipad and Mobile browser for Ipad is Safari and the default browswer on the Samsung phone. Landscape works fine

    Thank you for providing us with the link. Now the problem is more obvious. The unresponsiveness of the Catalog Product can be related to your theme and its style. Looks like the theme overwrites the styles of the plugin. So, please contact us via this page http://huge-it.com/contact-us/ and we will solve your problem, taking into account your theme.
