Mobile cache

I’m testing my site with https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
and the Eliminate render-blocking resources shows me the cache files for Desktop and the original files for Mobile when I checked
Mobile: Don’t show the cached version for desktop to mobile devices

When I uncheck this option, it shows the same as the desktop and the rating is a lot better. It went from 9 to 32 for mobile devices.

Is there any way or other options to optimize more for mobile? Like setting up a different version to cache for mobile.
