Mobile app or barcode scan

    Hi
    I want my website to have the ability for customers to scan barcodes in store. From their phone.
    I was going to convert the website into a mobile app so I can use push notifications
    But want to know if there is one that has the potential to scan barcodes. Not QR codes.

    Like Asda has scan and go
