• I tried to upload two images to an existing image folder using MLFP – they show in the media library but not in MLFP. I tried the sync operation, and it mentions the two images but they still don;t show. I tired regenrating thumbnails, again no luck.
Searching using MLFP shows two copies of each of the new images. Passing the mouse over these thumbnails in the search window shows no folder ID.

So then I try the Deactive plugin / Reset Database / Reactivate plugin route. Going to the MLFP page creates a big wait. On the server it runs CGI/Fast CGI for several minutes. Then the webpage displays “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I have tried this twice, the second time after deleting the two new images from the media folder. So MLFP appears broken on my site. (There is no admin email.)

    What to do next?

MLFP – You are asking about the Pro version here on WordPress.org that only allows posts about free plugins. Please report this issue on our support forum for the Pro plugin at MaxGalleria.com and I can assist you there.
