    Hello Mike (and anyone interested)

Thank you for the great plugin. It is really useful but I really need to use it with category filtering.

When searching for a solution, I came across MixItUp project. Do you know if it is possible to use it with WP-Tiles plugin?

It has many documentation but it find it a bit confusing. You may see the functions and details on https://mixitup.kunkalabs.com/

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi!

    Thanks for your comment.

Category filtering has been on my wish list for a long time, but has not made it into the plugin yet. I have used MixItUp (v1) for an unrelated project once. It’s a very nice library to work with.

I am not sure if MixItUp is a good match with WP Tiles: to filter in WP Tiles, you’d need to filter the array of tiles at the JavaScript level, so Tiles.js can recalculate the grid. MixItUp filters on the DOM level – it uses classes assigned to html elements. MixItUp only works if the grid is entirely css based.

Sorry I can’t help you any further now. Category filtering is a feature that will make it into WP Tiles one day, but yhe feature is just too big to quickly add to the plugin now!

    Cheers,
    Mike
