• Hi,

I updated my WordPress and plugins and got the following situation – the upload dir on one of my sub sites got mixed up. Instead of wp-content/uploads/sites/4/ it is trying to use wp-content/uploads/sites/4/sites/4/
So the Woocommerce PDF invoices stopped working (so it is wrong already in admin) and no uploaded images are shown on the frontend. On other subsites, there is no problem with images uploaded in regular mode and also with ones attached with Network Shared Media. So the problem is only on the site with Woocommerce.

Any idea what could cause this mystery or how to find out?

    Thanks.

    WP 4.9.1
    Woocommerce 3.2.6
    WooCommerce PDF Invoices 2.9.10

  • Is the problem only on that plugin? If you have updated it recently, simply upload the old version of the plugin to see if it works good. If you have updated other plugins, deactivate all plugins except this one and see if it works good now. This should help you find where the bug is.
Also, If you have updated woocommerce, maybe the pdf plugin is not compatible with the new woocommerce.
