Mixed Error Messages

    First thank you very much for a great plugin.

    Second, I would like to explain the issue I have. I got a website with contact us page, when the user tries to send a message either the user got (Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.) With Red rectangle.

    Or

    (There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.) With Red rectangle. -> this is another page with simple contact us form.

    I tried to debug the issue with WP Mail SMTP plugin all working fine, but I got notice that there is an issue with line 194 in /…/contact-form-7/includes/mail.php I downloaded and opened the file it shows that there is a function that is not defined .. function name is wp_mail

    The website is updated to the latest version of plugins/theme/WP Core.

    Please help!

    Please note that I have turnoff and remove reCaptcha, and deactivate all plugins that are related to Contact Form 7. I even tried to switch to the default theme, but still, no luck still have the same issue.

    It’s worth mentioning that I have tried and test Email Test via WP Mail SMTP and it was successful, but whenever the user tries to send an email via the contact us page on the website, we got the issue.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Classic Editor.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Thank you for your suggestions:

    I switched to the default theme, and kept only Contact Form 7 and Classic Editor on. Now the messages can sent correctly. What do you suggest to do?

    I would like to add more information. When I changed the theme to the default then activated only Contact Form 7 and Classic Editor, the email sent /received successfully, but when I add reCAPTCHA v3 the Error return!
