I have just installed the wordpress.org software on my host (IPOWER) and have been working to import all the content from the previous years I was using wordpress.com. I have been making daily updates and was working on a new post today when I thought I pressed Save Draft. The screen went blank and said, “Are you sure you want to do this?” In my haste I quickly pressed yes and went about my business.

Unfortunately when I went back to my dashboard all my posts on the home page were gone. All my pages and categories are still accessible and I can pull up any post via the category. You can see what I mean at http://www.the6thfloor.com.

What I want to know was, what did I say ‘yes’ to if it was not to save a draft that caused all my posts to disappear, but the dashboard and categories still claim I have all the data?

More information. I just rolled back my site to last night (4/14/2011) and now all the posts show up on the home page, but in the wp-admin page under POSTS I still see no data. Is that a SQL issue?

I take that back, posts only show up when I am signed into the site as the admin, otherwise the homepage is devoid of all posts. Still scrolling through the search function, but have not found a way to resolve this.
