missing upgrade tab on Control Panel

    Hello,
    I just submitted this query missing some fields. I’m having my small mp3 sound files deleted that I re-uploaded in June. I can’t find an
    Upgrade tab on my WP Control Panel to pay 19.95 for mp3 support.
    I believe this is the problem, although I never received a notification that the sound files were deleted.

    Where is the Upgrade tab? I’ve looked and looked.
