Missing theme Editor and Current Theme

    My site does not show up on the screen in any of the browsers.
    I tried to edit the sidebars, but got the message that the theme does not support the sidebars. There is no content in current or available themes,
    even after I uploaded a new theme to the wp-content/themes directory on the thoughtful suggestion of a forum contributor.
