Missing Temp Ffolder

I’ve seen this issue in several different places & the original workaround was working for a while & then within the last week now it’s not working, I’ve edited my wp-config file & added the temp folder, I also have the php.ini file & added a tmp folder but I’m still getting the “missing temporary folder” message. I think this issue is also causing my Revolution slider to keep sending me Ajaxx errors when I go to update my slides. I’m hosted on Godaddy & they said that I’d have to pay for a special wordpress service for someone to go in & fix it. I’m not a developer, but I do know a good bit of code. Can someone help me with this? I’ve got about 20 sites hosted on my account & they’re all having the same issue.
