Could you check the dashboard settings page and see if your site is set up as public or private? A “private” site only permits manually entered listings, and will remove the link and access to the front end form.
If that isn’t the case then there may be another issue for us to discover and fix. Please post the URL so I can take a look if need be.

Public Directory is set to “Yes”.

I can’t see it in Chrome (latest version) but when testing with IE, I can see it. Haven’t tested it in Firefox or Safari though.

Sorry, forgot to say, if I look at the source in IE, I get this:

Interestingly if I use Chrome’s ‘Inspect element’, it shows up a ::before the <button> tag and an ::after after the </button> tag.
Firebug doesn’t show up the ::before and ::after though :/

I don’t like to put the onus on you, but I think something in your browser is blocking it if it’s showing in one and not the other. I double checked the HTML and it’s properly formed, so I don’t believe the issue is there.
Have you tried disabling your Chrome extensions (one at a time or all at once) and see if it appears that way?

Have a similar problem.”Submit Listing” not showing.
Set as public setting -“yes”
Same on Chrome and Safari
No urgency at this stage as I don’t want submissions at this point so need to resolve the problem.

Great plugin by the way, I am a relative newb and have got to this point very quickly.

@chiangmai, you should see an update to 0.7-beta available on your dashboard any moment. This is a major update to the core functionality of the plugin, and may fix the issue.
If for some reason it doesn’t, please feel free to post a new thread with specifics to your particular situation. I’ll do my best to help figure out what’s going wrong.

Sorry i haven’t been able to reply to this thread sooner. You were right on the money! For some reason an extension (I have no idea what as none of them should change anything on a webpage) was interfering. If I viewed the page with icognito (no extensions running in that mode) it displays fine.
