Missing Stats

    Hello,

    I have Jetpack installed for years. Yesterday I had to deactivate it because the page gave me problems. And when reactivating it, like other times, I have lost all the historical statistics. I have not changed anything.

    Hi David,

    Looks like that when you reconnected Jetpack, it got assigned a different ID and therefore you couldn’t see your old stats.

    However, I was able to find the ID used on the previous connection and I have successfully transferred the stats.

    Check your stats and let me know if you need help with anything else.
