• Hello there,
yesterday when I had to adjust some settings I went onto “Customize” the website, only to find out a bunch of settings are missing.

My settings-menu looks like this (these are the only options I have): http://prntscr.com/m8apix
I used to have a bunch of options to change logo, bunch of colors etc.

I re-installed the theme and the settings-menu re-appeared correctly – that was until I changed the logo and the settings-menu suddenly collapsed and all the options disappeared again.

  • Hello,

Did you install and activate the Ocean Extra Plugin? Also, enable the settings from the Dashboard > Theme Panel.

    Hi,
yes I did install Ocean Extra. I don’t really know where to look on the Dashboard? It’s a wall of text from various plugins and I can’t seem to find anything about the theme and it’s settings.

You will see the ‘Theme Panel’ in the left sidebar menu of the Dashboard. Can you show me a screenshot of your Dashboard

    Hello,

Have you activated the OceanWP theme? Also, go to Dashboard > Theme Panel and enable all the customizer section.
