Missing Settings in Admin

UPDATE: I forgot I need to alter the shortcode to include parameters such as file type & size limits.

I first installed this plugin last week and it worked well. I was able to limit the type of uploaded file to just pdfs AND limit file size. I then scrapped that practice site to create the real site this week. But when I installed the plugin, I noticed there were some features missing. Am I going crazy?
