    Hello! I’ve been working on finally updating my USPS account to work with their new system. I’ve completed the onboarding process, but I’m not seeing all of the shipping rates I have selected; I’m only seeing Priority Mail and Priority Mail International, but I should also be seeing Ground Advantage and First Class, among others. I haven’t changed anything in my plugin settings (all credentials are verified). USPS assures me that I should have access to all shipping rates, so I’m wondering if this is a plugin issue. Can you shed any light on this? TIA!

    Could you please share a full screenshot of the Rates and Services tab from the plugin settings? This will help us verify whether the Ground Advantage and First-Class services are enabled on your end.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    From the screenshot you shared, the configuration appears to be correct. However, since you are only seeing Priority Mail and Priority Mail International rates, we will need to investigate this further on your site to identify what might be causing the other services (such as Ground Advantage and First-Class) not to appear.

    Could you please contact us through the Commercial Support option (“View support”) available on the plugin page on WordPress? This will allow us to review your configuration in detail and troubleshoot the issue properly.
