Hi @brandmaticsmarketing
I set up Facebook for Woocommerce on my wordpress store and I am having an error across all my products for missing quantity. For all my products, Quantity to sell is set to 0. This is happening to me on simple products and variable products. How can I fix this?
From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin on your WordPress store. Specifically, you’re noticing that all of your products, both simple and variable, are showing a ‘Quantity to sell’ set to 0.
I came across a similar issue on our support forum, where Facebook was showing “Quantity to Sell” as 0 for all items. Here’s a summary of what I found:
Currently, Facebook for WooCommerce doesn’t support the “Facebook Checkout” feature. This is a known issue and selecting it can cause sync problems with the extension. To fix this, try changing the checkout method to website checkout. The extension primarily aims to redirect users to your website to complete purchases, where you’ve set up your preferred payment and shipping methods.
The “Quantity to Sell” field only appears when using Facebook checkout. Otherwise, products simply show as in stock or out of stock. If you’re using Facebook Checkout, you may run into problems fulfilling orders paid on Facebook.
We recognize how vital this feature is for some merchants and are aware of Meta’s upcoming changes to Facebook Shop. These changes may require all US Facebook Shops to use Facebook Checkout. We’re actively working on a solution and will keep you posted as we learn more about Facebook’s plans and their potential impact on your use of Facebook for WooCommerce.
We’ve also 👉 pinned a support thread on Facebook’s upcoming changes to the checkout process. Make sure to keep an eye on it for updates.
I hope this clears things up a bit. If you have any more questions or need further help, feel free to ask. We’re here to help!
