Missing Quantity Field on single product pages

    WordPress 4.9.6 – (Mac 10.12.6) – Chrome/Safari

    On the single product page the Quantity selector is not there. I have Hide ‘Add to Cart’ setting in effect.

    If the product has options (variable products) the quantity selector shows up and works after an option is selected: http://tiffanypartyrentals.com/dev/product/espresso-saucers/

    Can you let me know why this is happening?
