Is your site really called mysite.com…?
The URL you give me doesn’t work. If you can’t download the PDF by going straight to the url link then there is also no way for the plugin to find the file.
The first step would be to replace mysite.com with your real domain name of course.
If you still can’t find the file then you may need to ask your hosting company to help.
If you can download the file directly, but for some reason the plugin can’t seem to find it at the same URL, then please come back here and list the full shortcode you’re using etc.
