Missing paid for template

    I was using the Connections Business Directory plug-in about a year and a half ago. Then the owner of the site didn’t need to use it anymore, so I deactivated it. Now she would like to use it for a different purpose, and when I reactivated it, it would not show up in my dashboard, so I deleted everything and reloaded the plugin. I can now see and use it, however, I paid for the Circled Template and no longer have it after deleting and reloading everything. How can I get the template again without having to pay for it a second time?

    The wp.org support forum policies do not permit the support of commercial plugins or commercial add-ons to the plugins listed in their repository. Please contact me by submitting a helpdesk ticket. Here’s the link:

    Hi Steven,

    Thank you for your help. I see now that I need to renew the license for the plugin. And now I just talked to my client who is fine without it, and good with one the standard templates. Sheesh!
